Four is a beautiful, newly renovated space with room for a family with kids or two couples sharing a weekend away. The apartment is designed for maximum personal privacy as each bedroom has its own separate en-suite. Covid lockdown 6 provided the perfect opportunity to renovate and up the clean, pared back style, perfect for a Rye beach holiday.

The master king suite and stunning en-suite with stone bath and walk in shower, has an incomparable view across the living space to the pier and bay beyond. The second king bedroom has its own peaceful outdoor space with separate shower room and toilet ensuite.

The large living area with 2 x 3 seater leather sofas, 55″ flat screen Smart TV, reading nook and separate dining area, overlooks the large succulent laden alfresco terrace and the Rye Pier beyond.

Our contactless PIN entry to the secure carpark and your apartment door, plus the inclusion of hand sanitisers and extra cleaning products, provide you peace of mind and round out this brilliant holiday space.

Four is just under 150sqm including outdoor spaces.

The single car space for Four is pretty tight (we had to work with the existing boundary). We always suggest that you reverse in. Wait until the electric gate is closed before driving over tracks.

We set the apartment up with two King bedrooms unless you nominate twin beds in the second bedroom 24 hours before check in.

Yes the apartment has a cot. We can also pop in a high chair if you need. Just let us know.

There is a European style laundry with washer/dryer combo, drying rack, iron & board and washing powder.

We provide a clean for stays more than 7 nights. If you would like to have the apartment serviced, we can organise this for a fee. We will change the linen and clean the floors.

Nick cleans the windows every second Thursday during peak times and as necessary during the off season. Usually between 11 - 2. Sadly he cannot do this if the apartment is occupied due to Covid restrictions.
