Looks like we will be up and running on November 5, 2021. Aquabelle will accept bookings from this date.
We monitor all public health updates daily to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests and our Aquabelle team. We have always maintained high standards for cleaning and safety, and we will deliver hygiene protocols according to World Health Organisation’s Best Practice recommendations.
Thorough hygiene and housekeeping standards will continue to be observed with particular attention being paid to all high-volume touch-points in your apartment – like remote controls, light switches, PIN key pads, taps and toilets to name a few.
We will look after you and we ask that you also look after yourself and those around you. We have introduced the following safeguards, procedures and suggestions applied to all of our stays following the lifting of restrictions from November 5, 2021.
Our entry procedure is keyless (PIN code at gate and door) and contact free.
We suggest removing shoes on entry to your apartment.
Hand sanitiser is provided for use during your stay. Wash hands with warm soapy water for 20 seconds regularly.
Anti bacterial disinfectant, creme cleanser, all purpose spray, windex and disposable cloths are provided in the laundry area of each apartment. Please use freely during your stay.
Look after us as well
Our cleaning team appreciate that you dispose of single use personal items such as used tissues, sanitary products and face wipes with respect.
Common symptoms of COVID-19 include fever, cough, sore throat, tiredness and shortness of breath. If you feel unwell, please contact the National Coronavirus Helpline set up by the Australian Government Department of Health on 1800 020 080 and follow their advice. Then please let us know – we will do everything to help. We also request that you notify us if your health status changes after you have checked-out.
Cancellations due to Covid
During the lockdowns of 2020 and the current 6.0, we happily worked with our guests to either refund their bookings in full or move their stay dates to a more suitable time. As the Victorian Government deems it necessary to restrict travel to our region, this practice will again come into play. Bookings are risk fee during Covid lockdowns.
