Aquabelle has been our absolute passion for 13 years! We live our business and strive to perfect the guest experience everyday.
Our mission is simple;
Provide the perfect beach holiday base for family & friends to explore the wonderful Mornington Peninsula.
The apartments ooze holiday, style and comfort. Each one provides wonderful spaces for family, friends and loved ones to spend time together and reboot away from hectic lives. Rye’s beach vibe is our cure all.
We’ve researched some wonderful self-contained holiday spaces both in Australia and abroad. And Aquabelle delivers to our own rather high expectations. Each apartment is layered and textured, yet remains unfussy. A bit like us really.

We always strive to ensure our rates reflect great value for money and have succeeded in keeping prices stable and competitive since 2007. When comparing with other accommodation offerings in the area, please factor in our enviable position overlooking the bay, our enormous spaces, free parking and speedy wifi. In fact we are still operating using the same pricing modules set in 2016.

An easy drive from Melbourne along the M1, just follow the signs to Portsea and your journey ends in Rye. Aquabelle sits within the string of pretty bayside towns that overlook Port Phillip Bay. Journey time is around 75 minutes from the CBD. Once in Rye turn left into Lyons Street (post office is on the corner) and first right into Campbell Lane. We have two gates along the lane. Your individual entry details will be emailed to you 5 days prior to your stay.
