Aquabelle is 18! And yep—we’re still completely smitten with our little slice of paradise.
We’ve poured heart, soul (and many late-night ideas) into making Aquabelle the ultimate beachside base for families and friends to chill, reconnect, and explore the beautiful Mornington Peninsula.
Our mission? Simple:
Create stylish, comfy, self-contained apartments that make holidaying a breeze. Think plenty of space, loads of natural light, and a vibe that says “you’ve arrived.”
We’ve snooped around some of the best holiday stays here and overseas—just to make sure Aquabelle lives up to our own (slightly obsessive) standards. And it does. Each apartment is layered and relaxed, with just the right touch of luxury. No fuss. No frills. Kind of like us, really.

We always strive to ensure our rates reflect great value for money and have succeeded in keeping prices stable and competitive since 2007. When comparing with other accommodation offerings in the area, please factor in our enviable position overlooking the bay, our enormous spaces, free parking and speedy wifi. In fact we are still operating using the same pricing modules set in 2020.

An easy drive from Melbourne along the M1, just follow the signs to Portsea and your journey ends in Rye. Aquabelle sits within the string of pretty bayside towns that overlook Port Phillip Bay. Journey time is around 75 minutes from the CBD. Once in Rye turn left into Lyons Street (post office is on the corner) and first right into Campbell Lane. We have two gates along the lane. Your individual entry details will be emailed to you 5 days prior to your stay.
